Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to online pre-bookings made on www.rksevadham.org with RK Foundation Unjha Charitable Trust. Our products (festival sweets and farsan) are perishable and prepared in advance based on pre-bookings, so please read this policy before placing your order.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • You can request cancellation of a pre-booking within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the pre-booking period for that event is still open.
  • To cancel, call or WhatsApp us on +91-7226929292 or email rkgroupunjha@gmail.com with your Booking / Order ID and registered mobile number.
  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours, after the pre-booking period has closed, or once preparation of the order has started cannot be accepted, as the products are made specially for your order.
  • Partial changes (changing items or quantities) may be possible on request, subject to availability, before the pre-booking period closes.

2. Cancellation by RK Foundation

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the event is cancelled, the booking details are incorrect, or for any reason beyond our control. In such cases you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking) through our payment partner Cashfree Payments.
  • Refunds are initiated within 3 working days of approval. The amount usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
  • No cash refunds are given for online payments.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

  • If money is deducted from your account but you do not receive a booking confirmation, the payment is usually reversed automatically by your bank / Cashfree within 5–7 working days.
  • If you were charged twice for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded in full. Please share the payment reference shown on the screen or in your bank statement with us.

5. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

  • Please check your order at the time of collection from the RK Foundation Booking Center, Unjha.
  • If any item is damaged, incorrect or missing, inform our staff at the counter immediately. We will replace the item or refund its value.
  • Since the products are food items, we cannot accept returns or refund requests after the order has been collected.

6. Orders Not Collected

Orders that are not collected within the announced collection dates are not eligible for a refund, because the products are perishable and prepared specially for the booking.
