Welcome to www.rksevadham.org, the official website of RK Foundation Unjha Charitable Trust ("RK Foundation", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or our online pre-booking service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

RK Foundation Unjha Charitable Trust is a charitable organisation based at C-140, Panchshil Society, Deep Ganga Society Road, Dudhlini Desh, Unjha-384170, Gujarat, India. Through this website we share information about our social services and offer an online pre-booking facility for products (such as festival sweets and farsan) distributed through the RK Foundation Booking Center, Unjha.

2. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, damage or interfere with it.
  • Content, logos, images and text on this website belong to RK Foundation and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
  • We try to keep all information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free or available.

3. Online Pre-Booking

  • To place a pre-booking you must provide your correct name, 10-digit mobile number and city. Order confirmations and receipts are sent to this mobile number on WhatsApp.
  • Products, quantities, prices and the booking period are decided by RK Foundation for each event and are shown on the pre-booking page at the time of booking.
  • A pre-booking is confirmed only after full payment is successfully received. You will see a confirmation page with your Booking / Order ID and receive a receipt link.
  • We may limit quantities, close bookings early, or decline an order if stock is not available or if the booking details appear incorrect.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
  • Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking and other supported methods). We do not store your card or bank details.
  • The final amount is calculated by our system from the current product prices. If a pricing error is found, we will contact you before confirming the order.

5. Collection of Orders

  • Pre-booked orders are to be collected from RK Foundation Booking Center, Unjha on the dates and timings announced for the event.
  • Please bring your Booking / Order ID or the receipt received on WhatsApp at the time of collection.
  • Products are perishable. Orders not collected within the announced collection period may not be kept or replaced.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

7. Privacy

We collect only the details needed to process your booking (name, mobile number, city and order details). This information is used to confirm, deliver and support your order and to send you order updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

8. Limitation of Liability

RK Foundation will not be responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of this website, delays caused by payment partners, network problems or events beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Unjha / Mehsana, Gujarat.
